Use of Forum / Verhaltensregeln

Als Teilnehmer in unserem Forum sind folgende Regeln zu beachten:

  • Du darfst keine Namen verwenden, die auf einem Weltbild beruhen oder ein solches fördern, das rassistisch oder sexistisch, gegen religiöse, ethnische Gruppen gerichtet, homophob oder in anderer Weise Hass gegen religiöse und ethnische Gruppen oder andere in der Realität existierende Personen schürend ist.
  • Du darfst keinen anderen Spieler belästigen, bedrohen, beschämen, drangsalieren, bloßstellen oder in Verlegenheit bringen.
  • Verwende keine anstößige oder explizit sexuelle Sprache.
  • Du darfst gegenüber einem anderen Spieler keine gesetzwidrigen, gefährlichen, drohenden, beleidigenden, verleumderischen, vulgären, obszönen, hasserfüllten sowie keine rassistisch, ethnisch oder in anderer Weise anstößigen Begriffe verwenden.
  • Du darfst dich nicht als Mitglied des Cliffhanger Production Teams ausgeben.
  • Du darfst keine falschen Informationen angeben oder absichtlich Informationen zurückhalten, wie z. B. deine E-Mail-Adresse, die für die Registrierung benötigt wird.
  • Du darfst deinen Account und/oder deine Account-Daten nicht mit anderen teilen.
  • Du darfst keine realen persönlichen Daten von Teilnehmern bekannt- oder weitergeben.
  • Verwendungen von übermäßig vielen Satzeichen oder provokativen Caps wird nicht geduldet und kann vom Moderator geändert werden.
  • Titel die durch Caps, Überverwendung von Satzzeichen oder Ähnlichem nach Beachtung schreien, können direkt von den Forum Moderatoren entfernt werden.
  • Du darfst gegen keinerlei nationale oder internationale Landes- oder Bundesgesetze oder –regeln verstoßen.
  • Du darfst keinen Austausch oder Transfer von Raubkopien oder anderen verbotenen Waren anbieten und die Foren für keinen anderen illegalen Zweck benutzen.
  • Du darfst weder Marketing, Werbung oder Promotion machen, noch irgendeine andere Art der Kundenwerbung betreiben (dazu gehören auch Schneeballsysteme und Kettenmails).
  • Du darfst keine Inhalte hochladen oder übermitteln, die einem Copyright unterliegen, an dem du keine Rechte hast, es sei denn, du hast die explizite schriftliche Genehmigung des Autors oder des Inhabers dieses Copyrights.

Jeglicher Verstoß gegen diese Regeln kann eine temporäre Sperre oder permanenten Ausschluss aus dem Forum, sowie in schweren Fällen, aus den Cliffhanger Spielen bedeuten. 
Wenn dies geschieht, hast du kein Anrecht auf die Erstattung der Beträge, die du im Rahmen von Cliffhanger Production Spielen bezahlt hast. Für spiel-spezifische Richtlinien, besuche bitte die jeweiligen Forum- und Spielregeln.

Diese Regeln können jederzeit verändert oder ergänzt werden.

While you are a member of Cliffhanger Production forums or services, you must abide by the following rules:

  • You may not use names that are based on or encourage any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate-mongering philosophy related to races, religions, ethnic groups or other subjects which exist in reality.
  • You may not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to another player.
  • Do not use any offensive or sexually explicit language.
  • You may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player.
  • You may not impersonate any Cliffhanger Productions Team members.
  • Don’t provide false or intentionally hide any information, such as your e-mail address, which is required at the time you register on the forums.
  • Do not share your account and/or your account details with anyone.
  • You may not post or communicate any player’s real world personal information.
  • Using extreme amounts of punctuation marks or caps is frowned upon and can be changed by the forum mods.
  • Subjects that cry for attention by using Caps, an unusual amount of punctuation marks or similar can be removed from the forum mods.
  • You may not violate any local, state, national or international laws or regulations.
  • You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated software or other contraband while you are on the Cliffhanger Production or forums, or use forums for any other illegal purpose.
  • You may not market, promote or advertise anything, or make any other form of solicitation (including pyramid schemes and chain letters) on the Cliffhanger Production forums.
  • You may not upload or transmit any copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.

Violating any of these rules might result in suspension of your permissions to use the forums temporarily or permanently, or in severe cases, permanent ban from all Cliffhanger Production products.
If this happens, you will not be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid by you to use a Cliffhanger Production Service or game. For game specific rules, please visit the relevant forum- and game rules.

These rules may be changed or further rules may be added at any given time.

Use of Forum / Wie lädt man einen Screenshot hoch?

Hier ist eine kleine Anleitung, wie man Screenshots in unser Forum posten kann:

Um einen Screenshot zu machen, gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten:

1) Ohne Installation von Zusatzsoftware kann man Screenshots mit dem Snipping Tool von Win7 erstellen.
Das Snipping Tool hat den Vorteil, dass man nur den relevanten Bildausschnitt speichert und sich das Beschneiden des Screenshots in einem Bildbearbeitungstool erspart.
Wenn man ein Officepaket und kein Windows 7 hat, kann man statt des Snipping Tools auch OneNote nutzen.

2) Eine andere Möglichkeit einen Screenshot zu erstellen ist die "Druck" Taste (über der Einfügen Taste) auf dem Keyboard.
Dadurch wird der Screenshot von allem, dass sich zum Zeitpunkt des Drücken auf deines Bildschirms war in der Zwischenablage gespeichert und kann durch "Einfügen" in einem beliebigen Bildbearbeitungsprogramm weiterverwendet werden.
Hier eine kurze Anleitung zu Paint:

  • Öffne MS Paint (Start -> Alle Programme -> Zubehör -> Paint)
  • Klicke einmal mit der rechten Maustaste in die weiße Zeichenoberfläche und dann auf Einfügen, oder drücke STRG + V auf deiner Tastertur um das was Du in der Zwischenablage hast in Paint einfügen.
  • Nun kannst du das Bild so bearbeiten das Elemente die Du nicht auf dem Screenshot haben möchtest direkt weggeschnitten werden. Zu guter letzt noch als .png oder .jpg Datei speichern und fertig ist Dein Screenshot.

3) Wenn du nichts dagegen hast, dir eine neue kostenlose Software zu installieren, kannst du dir auch "Lightshot" herunterladen. Dazu gehe bitte auf http://prntscr.com/ und installiere das Program.
Wenn du dann die "Druck" Taste drückst, kannst du einen beliebigen Bereich auf deinem Screen markieren und direkt abspeichern.

4) Des Weiteren gibt es Tools zum Erstellen von Screenshots, wie zB. Fraps. (Das kann man sich als Probeversion gratis runterladen und damit im Unityplayer Screenshots machen.)

Um das Bild im Forum hochzuladen, brauchst du einen URL-Pfad.
Dies kannst du zum Beispiel auf der Seite http://imageshack.us oder http://imgur.com (auch ohne Registrierung!) machen.
Hier das Beispiel für imgur.com:



Sobald du den Screenshot hochgeladen hast, siehst du eine Liste mit verschiedenen Links. Um einen Screen in unserem Forum posten zu können, brauchst du den BBC Link der mit [.IMG ] beginnt.



Kopiere diesen Link. Nun schreibe deinen Text im Forum und da wo du dein Bild einfügen willst, füge den Link, den du durchs Hochladen erhalten hast, ein:



Klicke auf Preview um sicherzugehen, dass alles richtig angezeigt wir und dann auf "Post".

Use of Forum / How to upload a screenshot

To make a screenshot, you have several options.

1) Without installing additional programs, you can make a screenshot with the “Snipping Tool” from Win7.
This tool has the advantage that you can directly select the relevant area you want a screenshot done from and you don’t need to bother with additional programs.
If you have an office package but no Windows 7, you can use OneNote instead of the Snipping tool

2) Another possibility to make a screenshot is the “Print” (“Prnt”) button on your keyboard, right of the F12/above the Insert button).
Pressing that button will save everything that is on your screen at that moment and save it temporarily. Now you can paste the image in any picture editing program you like.

Here is the example with Paint:
  • Open MS Paint (Start – All Programs – Accessories – Paint)
  • Click once with your right mouse button in the white draw-area and select “Insert”, or
    press “CTRL + V” on your keyboard to insert the picture saved temporarily.
  • Now you can edit the picture to cut away the parts you don’t want to upload. All you need to do once you’ve done that is saving your picture.
  • Now it’s ready for upload.

3) If you don’t mind downloading free software, you can also get “Lightshot”. For that, visit http://prntscr.com/ and install the program.
Pressing “Prnt” on your keyboard now, you can directly select an area on your screen which you can save, similar to the Snipping tool in Win7.

4) There are also further tools you can use to create screenshots like Fraps, for instance. (You could download a free trial version and make Unityplayer Screenshots with it).

To Upload your Screenshot on the forums, you need an URL-Path.
This you can get from uploading the picture to http://imageshack.us or http://imgur.com – even without having to be registered.
Here the example for Imgur:


Click upload and follow the upload process.

As soon as the picture is uploaded, you see a list with different links. To be able to insert your screenshot in your post, you need the BBC Link starting with [IMG.]http://.



Copy this link. Now, write your text in the forums. There, where you want your screenshot to be, insert the link received from uploading your picture:


 
Click "Preview" to check if everything is displayed the way you want and Post.

Done! *Happy dance*

Use of Forum / Languages

While some of our topics migth be announced in English and German, we prefer none-language-related posts (translations, for instance) to be done in English.

The reason behind this is very simple: Maaany people understand and can make themselves understood in English, not so many in German. We want to keep the transparency as simple and clear as possible and enable everyone to participate in discussions.

We know that some of you like to fiddle around with JAO data to provide some awesome things to others in the community.
Rapax and his Mercenary guide is a perfect example.

Because of that, we decided to provide you with an option that will allow you to create such toys faster and which should make your tinker-heart jump like a bouncing ball.

On the internally tenderly called Community Hub, you can access and download some of the JAO information which you can use to make further inventions.

Simply go to the site http://community-hub.cliffhanger-productions.com:8090/jao/ and download the desired information.

The upload of user-generated tools it not possible, but we will be happy to list your tool including your name, here in our forum after approval.

Please understand that the information provided to you will be updated regularly, but further information that you may request might need some time to prepare or might not be possible to be published at all for various reasons.

Willkommen im Jagged Alliance Online Forum für "Dinge die ihr immer über JAO wissen wolltet".

Wir möchten, dass dies der Ort ist an dem ihr
  • eure Kommentare über JAO posten,
  • eure Bedenken äußern, oder
  • unsere Entwickler mit Lob überschütten könnt.
Vor allem aber möchten wir wissen, was  die Community, also Ihr, denkt um unser Spiel so gut wie möglich machen zu können.

Bevor ich euch aber direkt loslassen kann um eifrig loszuposten, bedenkt bitte folgendes:
  • Haltet eure Beiträge konstruktiv und freundlich.
  • Bleibt respektvoll und nehmt andere Meinungen zur Kenntnis.
  • Nehmt nicht an "Flame Kriegen" oder Beschimpfungen teil.
Wir behalten uns das Rech, jeden, der sich nicht an unsere Verhaltensregeln hält, vom Forum auszuschließen.

Wir werden das Forum regelmäßig checken und versuchen, auf so viele Posts wie möglich zu antworten, aber wir bitten um euer Verständnis, dass nicht alles beantwortet werden kann.

  • shower praises on the developers.
Most of all, we want to know what the community, You, thinks in order to make the game the best we possibly can.

Before I let you go and post, please consider the following:
  • Keep your posts constructive and friendly.
  • Stay respectfull towards others, acklowledge other opinions.
  • Don't engage in flame wars and insults.
We will preserve the right to remove anyone from the forum who does not follow the rules of conduct.
