Bug with cash missing

A couple of days ago I had lost all my cash ($25.000) when I tried to restart the game because it never downloaded the first mission in the world map. So I restarted the game, and when I saw my cash, it was gone. My company is Dark Templar and I need this to be solved, because I don't know if this issue is going to be a permanent problem, and I don't want to play a game (or pay for that game) that make my cash dissapear on every crash or bug it presents.

Hi guys , i had the same problem . I was updating my hospital , clicked ..it didnt seem to take , clicked another 2 times ...nothing . THe upgrade button would highlight etc when u pushed it . So i put it down to lag , exited the game , came back in ,and  90k was missing from my pocket. This happened sunday 9th June , bout 4pm irish/Uk time .would be grateful if ye looked into it , as i feel because of a bug it nearly wiped out the extra money i got by buying the campaign. Side note , mods in game keep up the good work in game , its really appreciated

Just ran into the same issue. I bought a camo headdress from the shop (the yellow or orange one? I'm kind of colorblind) during high latency. I then logged out because the latency was making it very difficult to do anything. When I logged back in I had no item and was also out the $126k that it cost. Hope the report helps.
